Delivery

We currently offer UK and Ireland shipping with Royal Mail. Please get in touch if you are outside of this area before placing an order.  Please select the appropriate delivery area- if you select the incorrect delivery option for your country, we will contact you to change this and this will delay the processing of your order. 

Please get in touch if you are placing a  large order or are unsure of which delivery option to choose. 

Free Local Collection

If you live in Northern Ireland you may be able to collect your order personally. Please contact us for details before placing your order.  

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch premade orders within 3-5 working days from the day of an order being placed. Personalised items and special requests are usually dispatched within 5-10 working days from the day of your order being placed. Please note at busier times like the Christmas period, the dispatch times may be longer. You will be notified when your order is dispatched, or you can contact us before placing an order to discuss dispatch times at busier and unusual periods.

Packaging

We strive to package our products well, using Eco friendly materials where possible. At times we may reuse packaging in order to lessen our carbon footprint. Please contact us if you would NOT like us to reuse packaging for your order.

Refund, return and exchange policy

We aim to provide you with an excellent service and a purchase you are happy with. Our products are mostly handmade which may mean they have unique marks and inconsistencies as is the nature of handmade items. Our packaging is sometimes reused to lessen our carbon footprint. We take pride in making our products and put love and care into the manufacture and packaging of every order. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us via the "contact us" page within 7 working days of receiving your order and we will be happy to work out the best solution with you.

  • If an item you ordered becomes out of stock you will be notified and refunded accordingly within 14 days.

  • Personalised items can only be returned if faulty. They will need to be returned to us within 14 days for refund of the item price (excluding P&P). 

  • Please note we regrettably cannot pay return P&P costs. 

  • We do not issue refunds or exchanges after 14 days of receiving your damaged/unwanted goods.

  • Only goods returned as per our policy and in accordance with your rights will be refunded.

  • Please use recorded delivery when returning items to us, as we cannot be held liable for lost goods. In the event of lost items in the post, you must notify us within 7 days of a dispatch email being sent to you. Should an item later arrive, you must notify us immediately and we will arrange postage costs for it to be returned to us.
